GLOW International is excited for our upcoming 2025 trips to El Eden, Honduras. All registrations for the teams below will be done directly through our partnership churches.

*Each Team is scheduled for an excursion one day during the trip.
Passport
A passport is required for all international travel, no Visa is necessary to travel to Honduras. If you're traveling anywhere overseas, you need a passport to board an international flight and to enter the country. Passport cards will not be accepted as form of I.D. for international air travel.
Passports must be:
- Valid for at least 6 months after the date you enter a foreign country.
- Kept in good condition, free of any damage beyond normal wear and tear, and material alterations. You may be denied boarding if you travel with a passport that appears damaged or altered.
Packing List
Clothing:
- Comfortable clothes and shoes for working and walking, ie. shorts, t-shirts and sneakers.
- Simple church clothes, ie. polo shirt, khaki pants or shorts, skirts.
- Bathing Suit & Beach towel.
- Flip flops for the hotel.
- Modest dress for all. No cleavage/short shorts/short skirts/bikinis/camo or military-style clothing.
Other Items:
- Personal toiletries.
- Sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and bug spray.
- Umbrella and/or raincoat
- Water Bottle
- Work gloves and flashlight
- Bible & notebook
- Money for love offerings and souvenirs.
- No $20 bills or torn/marked dollar bills
Medications:
We recommend keeping medications in your carry-on bag, not your checked bag.
- Immodium AD & a 7-day supply of Cipro or other diarrhea prevention medication is recommended.
- Activated Charcoal also works well for diarrhea prevention.
